We offer a place of understanding and encouragement for both people living with arthritis and their loved ones. Group participants become self-advocates, develop self-management skills, and learn how to not just survive life with arthritis but to thrive.

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the area. I've volunteered with the AF before and would maybe be interested in being an assistant facilitator if you're looking for one. I was the young adult chair in San Antonio and would love to continue to support our community! If anything I'm happy to join a group to find some community.
Why does the name of the group say young adult is this only for young adults?

Welcome to our connect group! My name is Jennifer and I am the facilitator for this group. Yes, this group is targeted towards the age group of young adults 18-30.
Very sad that I missed today's monthly event.. I mistook the time for next Sunday and didn't realize until the event was already over. 🥲
I hope we can meet again soon if not this month but in June! Please feel free to message me for help organizing our next event.
