We are delighted to have Dan Hill joining us for an interactive session about mindful movement on June 22th at 7:30 pm ET, 6:30 pm CT, 5:30 pm MT, 4:30 pm PT. We will learn about Movement As Medicine, Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs), and Soft Tissue Therapy during this event. Dan will also guide us through a combo of movements. You may to have a belt, yoga strap or towel available for a deeper stretch. You are welcome to modify your movements or pause if a movement is uncomfortable. Always listen to your body. Dan Hill is a combat veteran, who for over 20 years has trained elite athletes and military. Using his background in physical therapy and yoga, Dan helps Wounded Warriors and others who have experienced trauma. He brings the medicine of movement to our community; learning to move the body safely and efficiently cultivates better bio-mechanical habits, habits that will carry you to a healthier body and mind. Dan holds credentials and certification in Physio, PT, Massage, Yoga, TRX, IASTM, Body Tempering, Soft-tissue therapy, self-care, Stick Mobility. After our educational session, there will be an opportunity to catch up and connect with others living with arthritis and share about how things are going.
