With all the craziness going on with the holidays coming up, let's practice a little self care: you have to take care of YOU before you can take care of others. Let's all come with a couple ideas you use to keep your sanity with your child's diagnosis. Let's make a toolbox to use later on. After our educational session, there will be an opportunity to catch up and connect with other parents as well as brainstorm ideas for future meetings. Friends, Family, and Care Partners are always welcome. We respect your privacy and confidentiality and do not record our online meetings. RSVP is required to receive the zoom link to participate via video or phone. Being on video is not required nor having a Zoom account. A confirmation email will be sent upon registration.
