We will explore how to cope with a new diagnosis and manage the many difficult emotions that can come along with it. Our guest speaker, Krystal Smith, Mental Health Professional and fellow arthritis warrior, will share tips on how to deal with the uncertainty of a new diagnosis, including proven self-care strategies. Join those who understand what you’re going through and get the support you need.
