We know firsthand how scary and overwhelming a new arthritis diagnosis can be. You may be struggling with what this means for you and how it will impact your daily life. We will explore how to cope with a new diagnosis and manage the many difficult emotions that can come along with it. Our guest speaker, Krystal Smith, Mental Health Professional and fellow arthritis warrior, will share tips on how to deal with the uncertainty of a new diagnosis, including proven self-care strategies. Join those who understand what you’re going through and get the support you need. Join us on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 7:30 pm ET / 6:30 pm CT / 5:30 pm MT / 4:30 pm PT for our next 90-minute session.
