Join us on September 30, at 3 pm ET / 2 pm CT / 1 pm MT / 12 pm PT for our next 90-minute event. During this interactive session a physical therapist and personal trainer will be joining us for discussion about the importance of maintaining and improving physical function and preventing injuries. They will provide practical tips, techniques, and strategies for incorporating physical activity into your daily routine. They will even get you moving with some gentle joint friend exercises during the session. We are delighted to have Jenni Allison (DPT, PT) joining us from Texas Physical Therapy Specialists. Jenni has been a physical therapist since 2015 and has worked with a range of clients with arthritis, including ankylosing spondylitis. She strives to promote pain-free movement and healthy lifestyle choices that can assist in managing your conditions. John Frazier, a personal trainer and author is also joining us. John will share his journey living with AxSpA and how he integrates activity into his life. After our presentation, there will be time to connect with others. Friends, Family, and Care Partners are always welcome to join meetings. We respect privacy and confidentiality and do not record our online meetings.
