Arthritis is hard, but fortunately, cookies are fun (see what we did there?). Arrive a few minutes early to purchase your beverage of choice, we'll supply the cookies and connection. We'll meet on Frida's outdoor patio space. The first few minutes we'll introduce ourselves briefly and share in a supportive discussion about coping and thriving with arthritis. The group is open to those with arthritis, and your fan club and supporters are welcome to join. No experience required, just be you.
