Is there a connection between optimum mental health and the way we interpret our physical and emotional and life challenges?
LEARN try a 3 minute body scan. A body scan is a foundational mindfulness practice that helps bring your full awareness to different parts of your body. Come as you are. Cameras off or on. Self compassion most welcome.
GROW How do you listen mindfully? How does one share mindfully?
TRY Let’s introduce a gratitude practice, try it as a group, and debrief it.
