We welcome Mary Serphos, LCSW, who will join our group via Zoom as we check in with each other during the Los Angeles fires. Mary will provide some mental health resources to help deal with traumatic events, will lead us in a short guided meditation, and will be available for an open ended question and discussion session.

Friends, Family, and Care Partners are always welcome to join meetings. We respect privacy and confidentiality and do not record our online meetings.
