Join us on Tuesday, March 18th at 5pm PT/ 6pm MT/ 7pm CT/ 8pm ET. We will cover different types of transitions like Elementary to Middle School, Middle to High School and High School to College. We will also talk about other transitions like from the school year to summer!

After our presentation, there will be time to connect with others. Friends, family, and care partners are always welcome to join meetings.

This meeting is open to all Parents of JA Students (Elementary School, Middle School, and High School). If we need to talk in smaller groups, we will use the Zoom Break Out function.

Registration is required to receive the Zoom link to participate via video or phone. You will need to register for the event on the Parents of Elementary School Students with JA Connect Group page to receive the link https://connectgroups.arthritis.org/events/event-detail?eventid=221948.  You do not need to “Join” this group to register and attend the event.

We respect privacy and confidentiality and do not record our online meetings.
Being on video or having a Zoom account is not required. A confirmation email with the Zoom link will be sent upon registration. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the registration confirmation. Please plan to log in a few minutes early.
