Have you ever wanted to create a vision board?
Join us as we create online vision boards for the new year. We'll do a short, optional, online exercise, and learn about goal setting when living with the unpredictability of arthritis.
We'll leave time for open ended discussion and sharing, as well.
Friends, Family, and Care Partners are always welcome to join meetings.
We respect privacy and confidentiality and do not record our online meetings.
