The Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) Live! Now Connect Group will host an interactive discussion on "Ways to Relieve Pain/What Helps During a Flare" on Wednesday, 2/25/26 from 7:00-8:30 PM ET, 6:00-7:30 PM CT, 5:00-6:30 PM MT, 4:00–5:30 PM PT!! 

Participants will read an article published on Self.com titled "4 People with Axial Spondyloarthritis on What Helps During a Flare" (in which your AS Connect Group Co-Facilitators were featured!).  The group will then explore this topic in greater detail, and participants can discuss and share ideas on ways to decrease, relieve and cope with pain during an arthritis flare.

After our presentation, there will be time to connect with others. Friends, Family, and Care Partners are always welcome to join meetings.
