We would love for you to join us for an encouraging and informative virtual event focused on navigating life’s transitions while living with arthritis. This discussion will be led by rheumatologists Dr. John Bridges, MD, and Dr. Eileen Rife, MD, who are actively involved in improving outcomes and making this transition smoother for patients. They jointly lead the BACC YARD (Bridge to Adult Care from Childhood for Young Adults with Rheumatic Disease) program, an initiative created to help young adults successfully transition from pediatric to adult rheumatology care.

We’ll cover what to expect when switching from a pediatric rheumatologist to an adult provider, along with practical, real-life advice for adjusting to a new diagnosis, managing flare-ups, and finding resources that actually make a difference. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or stepping into a new phase of your healthcare journey, this conversation is here to support and equip you.

Come ready to learn and ask questions! We look forward to seeing you there!
