Live Yes! Connect Groups offer local connections, education and empowerment. Adults living with arthritis from our local community come together for professional- and volunteer-led sessions on a variety of topics, as well as fun group activities.
We offer a place of understanding and encouragement for both people living with arthritis and their loved ones. Group participants become self-advocates, develop self-management skills and learn how to not just survive life with arthritis but to thrive.

I just got diagnosed with degenerative joint disease in my feet and ankles; I think this is OA. On my right hand, the joints in my thumb are swollen and very sore. On my left foot, I have what looks like a growth on the outside edge; my doctor said this is arthritis. Do you think this lump will go down or will it just get worse? My mom had arthritis of some kind and the joints in her hands became bumpy and twisted. I feel scared and sad. Any advice? Thank you.
Have you gone to a foot/ankle specialist or a rheumatologist ?

I've recently slept wrong & got a kink in my neck & it's been almost a month & a half. I've gotten an cat scan & they say that it's osteoartherthreis, which is causing my head to feel like someone has beaten me with a baseball bat, they say its caused by the arthirthis, has anyone ever had or experienced this before??
