Live Yes! Connect Groups offer local connections, education and empowerment. Adults living with arthritis from our local community come together for professional- and volunteer-led sessions on a variety of topics, as well as fun group activities.
We offer a place of understanding and encouragement for both people living with arthritis and their loved ones. Group participants become self-advocates, develop self-management skills and learn how to not just survive life with arthritis but to thrive.

Hello everyone,
Im Jeanette and I have been diagnosed with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis in sept 2009. I have advocated for both diseases ever since. Both psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are active. Ive used every biologic available that didnt give me side effects. I used creams and lotions, ointments and gels for my psoriasis. I have come to terms with both my diseases and have decided to advocate for myself, as well as, both my sons. One of which was diagnosed with psoriasis just a few weeks ago. My fatigue does get in the way of all my volunteer ventures. I can't commit to much because i don't know when a flareup will occur. I do what i can with what i got to reduce inflammation and stress. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I still keep going. Hope you all have an amazing painfree day. :-)
