Live Yes! Connect Groups offer local connections, education and empowerment. Adults living with arthritis from our local community come together for professional- and volunteer-led sessions on a variety of topics, as well as fun group activities.
We offer a safe place of understanding and encouragement for both people living with arthritis and their loved ones. Group participants support one another, develop friendships, share ideas and thoughts and obtain information. Join us and become your own self-advocate, develop self-management skills and learn how to not just survive life with arthritis but to thrive.

Join us as we say good bye for the summer (July & August) and wish each other well until the fall! This is a perfect time to talk about the importance of having a social support system. When you need someone to just talk with, a buddy system can help. During this meeting we will discuss ways to ensure you are not alone especially during our summer Connect Group break. Please bring your favorite ice cream and join our (virtual) ice cream social! I hope to see you all then!

hi everyone i'm new to this and have psoriatic arthritis and looking for some help staying in shape . dr . healthy habits that have worked for others. i'm generally a none stop
person so this is slowing me down a little and ok with that but definitely don't want to go to slow

I tried to add a Goal setting doc to this but it will not let me. On the Arthritis Websight you will find a doc that is called " Smart Goal setting". I will be sharing this during the meeting on Thursday. I look forward to seeing you then,
