Did you know, movement is medicine?
Get moving with us! Join us for instructor- led movement sessions for a variety of physical activities such as yoga, strength and balance fusion and more! Our hour long sessions will typically begin with a brief welcome and introduction, then move into an activity of about 40 to 45 minutes in length, then will wrap up with a cool down and discussion time.
Our activities will have options for all levels and participants are welcome to do as much or as little of the activity as they would like. Arthritis patients, caregivers, and friends are all welcome to join.

Is there a list of poses/activities from Sunday's strength and balance fusion class?
Will there be an event in October?
Hi Carmen, yes, we plan to have a class in October. We are working on finding a guest instructor so it is not up on the website yet. once we have the details, ironed out, the event will be posted for everyone to sign up. Thank you!
Not sure I can participate. Any movement via physical therapy has produced more pain, Is there anything for someone with extremely limited ability?
Hello Lorraine,
Our classes are designed to encourage people to work at their own pace. People can choose if and how they want to move. Our February class on Somatic Stress Release will be a gentle movement and breathe work offering. We hope to see you!
