Live Yes! Connect Groups offer local connections, education, and empowerment. Military and Veterans living with arthritis from our local community come together for professional- and volunteer-led sessions on a variety of topics, as well as fun group activities. We are bringing support, awareness, and tips to enhance the lives of those who live with Fibromyalgia.
We offer a place of understanding and encouragement for both veterans living with arthritis and their loved ones. Group participants become self-advocates, develop self-management skills, and learn how to not just survive life with arthritis but to thrive.

Hello Gabriela D.,
My name is Viola and i just joined. I live in Taft, Texas. Its a small town. Population of about 3,000+. I am about 30 miles north of Corpus Christi, Texas. I am so happy to be part of this group. In my town, I know of quite a bit of people who have an auto immune disease. I wish I could start some kind of support group in my town and meet with these people at least once a month. When I see these people at the grocery store or around town (of course, before covid), we would always share the same stories about our illnesses and how people or some family members don't quite understand this disease. It would be nice to be able to have such group and share our stories the person with this immune disease know that they are not alone and that it is okay to feel what we feel. It is not a psychological thing with pain.
Thank you for your time and am glad i joined. Hope you are having a pain free day! Stay Safe! #KeepTheFaith Viola T.

Hi Friends! How are you doing today? I'm Gabriela and I've been living with RA for the past 3 1/2 years. And these have been some of the hardest years of my life. I'm 39 years-old and I live in San Antonio. I'm married and have way too many fur babies. No real babies for me yet. I'm a certified life coach and I have my own coaching company, Heart + Animo Coaching. I support women in fulfilling their goals/dreams and bringing more love, joy, peace and harmony to all areas of their lives. I'd love to get to know more about you. Who are you? What brings you to our group? What would you like to get from the group?
