Students at Berkeley Connect Group

Live Yes! Connect Groups offer local connections, education, and empowerment.  Those in the Berkeley community living with arthritis come together for professional- and volunteer-led sessions on topics, as well as fun group activities.

This group is hosted by the Medical Volunteering Association (MVA) at Berkeley on the University of California, Berkeley campus. Our club’s goal is to provide medical related volunteering opportunities to pre-health students and build a community for those interested in pursuing a potential career in the medical field. 

We offer a place of understanding and encouragement for both people living with arthritis and their loved ones. Group participants become self-advocates, develop self-management skills, and learn how to not just survive life with arthritis but to thrive. Let’s all become Champions of Yes together!
