Especially if I haven’t had the chance to meet you yet! This session will be all about Life Hacks for Living with Arthritis. I’ll be sharing a long list of my favorite hacks, complete with links and resources, and I’d love for YOU to bring a list of your own top tips and tricks to share with the group!

Whether it’s products that make life easier, routines that help you manage pain, or little tricks that get you through the day, come ready to share them all! Can’t wait to see you there!

Young Adults of Auburn and Montgomery: Let’s Talk: Young Adult Health & Mental Wellness with Arthritis

Hey friends! I’m Isabella, a Junior at Auburn University living with Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I’d love for you to join our next Young Adult Arthritis Connect Group! This session will be a group discussion on how to maintain both physical and mental health while navigating life with this often invisible disease.

We’ll swap practical tips for managing flare-ups—like go-to essentials, easy meal ideas, and arthritis-friendly ways to stay active—as well as strategies for handling the mental side of things, from stress and friendships to dating and staying confident when your body doesn’t always cooperate.

Bring your own hacks, questions, or struggles to share—I’ll be sharing mine too! Most importantly, this will be a supportive space where you can feel heard, encouraged, and connected with others who truly understand.  :)

I can't wait to see you there!

 This is an In-Person Event.
