Did you know, movement is medicine?
Get moving with us! Join us for instructor- led movement sessions for a variety of physical activities such as yoga, strength and balance fusion and more! Our hour long sessions will typically begin with a brief welcome and introduction, then move into an activity of about 40 to 45 minutes in length, then will wrap up with a cool down and discussion time.
Our activities will have options for all levels and participants are welcome to do as much or as little of the activity as they would like. Arthritis patients, caregivers, and friends are all welcome to join.

We welcome you to join us and our guest instructor, Stephanie Gramarossa.
This class uses gentle somatic movement (slow, intentional, mindful motions that focus on your internal physical sensations and the mind-body connection) and mind-body awareness to release stress and tension from the body. You’ll learn simple, body-based tools to calm the nervous system, soften physical tightness, and feel more grounded and present. Perfect for anyone wanting stress relief through safe, supportive movement.
A note from Stephanie:
As a Somatic Coach, I guide people in reconnecting with their bodies to release the stress that builds up over time. Through calming breathwork, mindful movement, and nervous system regulation tools, I help them to relax, feel safer and more at ease in their bodies, and experience more comfort and peace day to day.
