Our hour long sessions will typically begin with a brief welcome and introduction, then move into an activity of about 40 to 45 minutes in length, then will wrap up with a cool down and discussion time.
Our activities will have options for all levels and participants are welcome to do as much or as little of the activity as they would like. Arthritis patients, caregivers, and friends are all welcome to join.

How do you join the live event?
Hi
New to the group. My daughter is 13 years old and resently diagnosed with JIA.
Hi, Amanda, my son was recently diagnosed as well. He'll be 11 soon. It was quite a shock because it came on so suddenly with a hip flush and a second joint issue another month later with a second hospitalization and more imaging to confirm the suspicions and here we are with Humira and three daily meds later.
Hey! I am new here. My son (12) just got the diagnosis of JIA. How is it going for yall? Any suggestions?
