Patient Reported Outcomes
Have you ever struggled to measure how arthritis impacts your life? What if you had a tool, like a scale or thermometer, to track how you are doing? What if, by giving just a few minutes a month, you could track how you are doing to help you and your health care provider co-manage our health? Not only that, you would be joining thousands of others to provide data that allows researchers and the Arthritis Foundation to identify what’s working, what’s not working and create more effective programs and treatments.
By taking part in the Live Yes! INSIGHTS Program, you can use the same tools researchers use to generate insights into your own well-being. Data you provide and track through these tools makes you a citizen scientist, not only revealing data about yourself, but also lets you become part of a movement of patients to show researchers, with data, what works and what is needed in our communities.
For questions about the survey, or if you have problems, concerns, or suggestions about it, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Currently this program is for the adult arthritis community. Since the needs of the juvenile arthritis (JA) community are unique, we are currently working with experts to develop a customized experience for JA families.
Your input is critical in helping us understand what makes this program practical and useful to patients.
