Topic - Arthritis Awareness Cafe.
It's a welcoming space for anyone affected by arthritis whether it's you yourself living with it, or you are a caregiver.
We are here to share our experiences, foster support and understanding our group meetings are designed to provide a platform for discussing all aspects of arthritis from coping mechanisms to treatment options to advocacy efforts and more.
The gathering this time will be on zoom and if I get enough positive feedback maybe our next meeting will be in person at a local restaurant or coffee shop.
In addition to discussing our personal experiences and challenges we will dedicate the time to advocacy discussions empowering members to Advocate not just for themselves but for others within the arthritis community please bring your favorite beverage or snack and we'll see you then.
