Twin Cities Connect Group: FREE Modified Group Fitness Class and Discussion
Join us for a series of easy yoga warm up exercises and poses which improve flexibility, range of motion, strength and balance, along with relaxation and meditation practices that reduce tension and stress. You will have the option of using a chair the whole time, or standing for parts of the class if that works for you.
Wendy Anderson is a modified fitness instructor who will be leading us in some brain and body building exercises. The exercise portion of the class will begin at 1030 am, but come early to chat and get to know eachother!
