From a variety of sources:

How to Find a Patient Advocate:
*Contact the hospital directly:
Most hospitals have patient advocates on staff. You can find their contact information on the hospital's website, in the Patient Bill of Rights booklet, or by contacting the hospital's patient relations department.
*Check your insurance plan:
Your insurance company may also offer patient advocacy services as part of your benefits package.
*Consider hiring a private advocate:
You can hire a private patient advocate if you need additional support or prefer an independent advocate.

As, I suspect, with most everyone who has come to this point, I'm in constant pain in most of my joints at night when trying to sleep. I do pretty well as long as I keep moving. I am not overweight , eat pretty well most days, and have a genuine passion for my hobby.

I'm here looking for hope. Anyone out there who has tried a supplement or lifestyle change that has made a positive difference in their sleep. Thank you 🙏.

Hi, my name is Stephanie
im new to this group. I'm 43 years old. I'm currently diagnosed  chronic pain, high inflammation,  RA and there still looking into other conditions. There is so much unknown and unexpected symptoms. makes each day most hard.
I also have spastic cerebral palsy effects hips down.
Im so thankful to get connected and find a support system who we can relate to. Not feel alone in the confusion of chronic pain.
